Death of Buddha

Gautama Buddha dies, surrounded by all creation -trees, animals, disciples, priest, and workers- who are assembled to mourn his passing. He is peacefully leaving the world of sorrow, never to be born again. By his personal example, Buddha has shown mankind the way to spiritual liberation and Nirvana.
